How do you rent your office chairs with Lendis?
To rent additional office chairs, simply use the account area of our platform, which every customer automatically receives with the first rental. There you can independently book everything you need for your office or your employees, whether office equipment or technology.

For the first rental, you make a rental request online via the shop function on our website. To do this, place all items in your request list. During the checkout process, we only need your contact information. You will then receive your rental offer. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Fast delivery & professional assembly
One of the reasons for renting with Lendis is our short delivery times and expert on-site assembly. Customers do not have to worry about anything else after ordering their office chairs, Lendis organises all the logistics around the rented office chairs and other office equipment.
We have the majority of our office furniture in stock and can therefore deliver at short notice. Delivery times are usually less than 14 days. Our logistics team then takes care of the correct assembly of the chairs, tables or telephone boxes.
Repairs & Maintenance
We only rent out high-quality office chairs. Nevertheless, damage cannot always be avoided. Should repairs or maintenance be necessary, we will take care of it quickly.
To report repairs to the rented chairs, you can use the support function in your account. Requests are immediately forwarded to the appropriate contact person who will take care of everything else.
Personal contact person
During the entire rental period, a personal contact person is available to answer all your questions about products or our services. This means that any concerns can be clarified as quickly as possible.
Simple administration
LendisOS simplifies the entire administration process. In addition to renting additional office equipment, you can always keep track of the entire office inventory. You can quickly find out which inventory is available in the company, which employee or office area it is assigned to or what the status of other rental requests is.

More sustainability in the office is an important topic for us and more climate protection. Renting office chairs instead of buying them is a first step in this direction, because instead of disposing of products that are no longer used, they are returned to the lifecycle after appropriate processing and then rented out again. In this way, we can already save large amounts of resources.
