Based on the results of the virtual risk assessment, Lendis provides specific instructions for improving the working conditions of the home office workplace and complying with the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (ArbSchG) and the Ordinance on Workplaces (ArbstättV).

 

The results of the virtual risk assessment are documented in the system and are available at any time. Employers fulfill their duty of care towards their employees. In the event of an accident or a safety inspection, employers can meet their obligation to provide evidence and reduce the risk of liability cases.

 

Important: Mobile working is not legally an exception and compliance with health and safety regulations is essential. Here too, employers are responsible for the health and safety of their employees - a responsibility that is often overlooked.
