You pay LendisOS on a monthly basis. If you are not satisfied, you can cancel at the end of each 12 months if you are not happy with our service. Spoiler: This is an extremely unlikely scenario.

Login

To log in, you need your business email address and password. It's even easier with Single Sign On. Your employees simply use their Google or Microsoft account.

If you are interested, you can use LendisOS for a monthly fee of € 13.90 per user.

No. Products ordered via LendisOS are rented by your company. Lendis remains owner, your as flexible as possible.

Technology such as laptops or smartphones we usually deliver in 2-3 days. For office furniture like desks or office chairs it takes about 2 weeks. Due to the current world situation, there may unfortunately be delivery bottlenecks and longer delivery times in individual cases.

The minimum rental period is 12 months. After the minimum rental period of 6 months, you can cancel monthly. For your employees, you can set the rental period between 12 and 60 months. The longer the rental period, the lower the monthly rate.

The rent is automatically extended by one month. You can cancel the rental at any time at the end of the month. We will then take care of the collection of the products.

You can either keep the rented products and give them to other employees, for example. We will then deliver everything to the appropriate addresses. Or you can cancel the rental at the next possible date. We will then take care of the collection of the products.

No. However, we only offer LendisOS for companies with 30 or more users.

Our support team will take care of it. Via the user interface of the Lendis OS, your employees can report their problem to us. We will then either repair or replace the products as quickly as possible.

If employees no longer need one or more products, you can cancel the rental at the end of the month. Lendis will take care of the collection of the products. In this case, the rental rate will be adjusted between the initially agreed rental period and the actual rental period.

No. Costs only arise at the start of the contract. Then you pay 13.90 € for each active user. If your employees rent products, there are of course additional costs.

Currently within the entire EU, the United Kingdom and Norway. Lendis takes care of the delivery to the respective address and the support during the entire rental period. Feel free to contact us if you want to deliver to other countries, we will expand soon.
Yes, we have experience in successfully equipping large companies with >1,000 employees. Young companies with strong employee growth are just as welcome customers with us.
Not yet. We are working on the possibility to manage own inventory as well.

In addition to equipping you with modern hardware, Lendis also takes care of the pre-configuration of all devices before we send them to your employees. We can also integrate devices into your existing mobile device management solution so that you can easily manage all laptops, smartphones and tablets remotely.

Products ordered via the Lendis OS are new or in mint condition. By recycling products instead of disposing of them where possible, we aim to contribute to the Circular Economy and thus extend the life cycle of the rented products. This has no impact on the quality of the rented products.
We would like to contribute to more sustainability. In cooperation with Planetly, we support various climate protection projects and thus compensate for all CO2 emissions generated within the scope of our rental model. All products rented with Lendis are therefore 100% climate neutral.

For various reasons, the equipment is rented out exclusively. In exceptional cases, a purchase may be possible, but this is always clarified on the basis of the individual case.

Yes, the LendisOS is data protection compliant and fulfills all requirements of the DSGVO. All data is stored on servers within the EU and transmitted encrypted.

When selecting our products, we make sure that they comply with occupational health and safety requirements. Our products meet the highest ergonomic standards and are certified according to international guidelines such as TÜV, GS or BIFMA.
