Supply function

Your desired products should not always be ordered immediately. Sometimes you first need approval from a higher authority or professional feedback on products from the individual departments. In such cases, you first need a non-binding offer.

For these cases, you can now use our quotation function.
Instead of a binding order, you will receive your individual offer from our sales team. Later customisation requests are of course possible at any time without any problems. We will only take care of the order preparation once the offer has been accepted.

Re-ordering your inventory

Find already rented products in our shop? No problem any more. Via the inventory area, you can now immediately access the corresponding product page in our shop, where you can easily order the desired item and add it to your rental.

Full Online Checkout

From now on, you can place orders completely independently via the Lendis platform. Already during checkout, we calculate the logistics costs for your orders and transparently show you all costs incurred.

After you have sent your order, we will organise everything necessary in connection with your delivery so that your desired products are with you as quickly as possible.

Request details

In order not to lose track of several rental enquiries, you will find the relevant information for each enquiry on the corresponding detail page. You can quickly see how easy it is to understand:

  • What is the status of the rental request?
  • Which products are included in the order
  • To which address will the products be delivered?
  • Who serves as the contact person?
  • How much is the monthly rent for the requested products

Extended request overview

Before each delivery, we need some information to enable an optimal process on the day of delivery. Only when we have all the information can the requested products be shipped.

If we are missing important information, we will point it out to you again on the overview page. This way we can avoid unexpected problems on site.

Independent checkout process

For every rental request via the account section of our Lendis platform, customers now provide the delivery and on-site conditions details required by our logistics team during checkout. This allows us to process requests even faster and customers receive their desired products even sooner.

Overview of rental requests

Has the equipment for the new staff already been ordered? Is my order already on its way? Are the products going directly to the right address? All this information is now clearly displayed in the request overview of your Lendis account. This way you are always informed about the processing status of your request. Individual product assignment

Managing office inventory is complex, especially in large organisations. With hundreds of employees and numerous offices, it is easy to lose track of the available equipment. The ability to group products by branch, office or employee is therefore very helpful.

From now on, the entire office inventory managed via the Lendis platform can be assigned to individual office areas or employees. This way you know where furniture and technology are at all times.
