Automatic determination of logistics costs
Depending on the product selected, the associated logistics can become very complex. The costs for this vary accordingly. Rental requests therefore had to go through a partly manual process in order to calculate the corresponding costs for delivery and maintenance.
By fully automating the calculation, we have eliminated this manual task, a necessary step for independent checkout.
Complete cost transparency during checkout
Orders via our platform were previously only treated as inquiries. You then received an offer containing all relevant information, including all costs incurred. You can now find this information transparently summarized on our platform before completing the order. Because only when you are aware of all costs can you rent your desired products with a clear conscience.
After placing your order, you will receive a further summary, which we will also send you as an order confirmation by e-mail. There will be no surprises.
How do I place an order on the Lendis platform?
Ordering office furniture and technology via our platform is kept as simple as possible:
- Once you have found the products you need, select the quantity and duration and then add them to your shopping cart.
- Once you have gathered everything you need for the office or home office, a click on the shopping cart symbol will take you to the overview page. Here you can make sure that nothing has been forgotten before you start the checkout.
- We then need some information about the logistics. This starts with the delivery address (here you can also enter the addresses of your colleagues for deliveries to home offices).
- Our logistics team will then need your support and we will ask you a few questions about the conditions on site, such as whether there are parking facilities or elevators.
- Once you have entered all the details, you will receive a summary of your entire order. There you will find the one-off costs for delivery and installation and the amount of the monthly rent.
- Click on "Send order" to send everything to us and we will take care of the fastest possible delivery of your desired products.

Order from the inventory area
In the inventory area you will find all products rented with Lendis. These are now directly linked to our store. So that you don't have to search long for the product, one click takes you directly to the corresponding product page. This is a helpful and time-saving function, especially for products where the specific configuration is important, such as laptops. From there, you can complete the order in the usual way.
Order from the order overview
Some tasks are repeated regularly. For example, when new employees join your company, they usually need the same basic equipment.
Our platform makes it easy for you to keep track of all your past orders. Do you want to rent products from previous orders? Click on "Reorder" to add your desired products directly to your shopping cart.
