Product update February

A lot has happened on our platform again in February. In addition to many optimization measures, the most important new feature for our customers is the extended checkout function for rental requests.

What has changed?

Behind every rental request from our customers are numerous questions that need to be clarified in advance. This is the only way we can ensure a smooth and satisfactory process when renting our office equipment. Once an inquiry has been received by the Lendis team, all relevant questions, especially with regard to delivery and assembly, have been clarified by e-mail or telephone. This is now part of the checkout process. This allows us to process incoming rental requests more quickly and deliver the desired products even faster.

How does the new checkout process work?

1. select products

As usual, you will find the desired products from the areas of technology and office equipment in the store. For the products you need, you select the quantity and the desired rental period and then add the items to your shopping cart.

2. confirm selection

On the shopping cart page you will find a summary of all selected products and the monthly rent. Have you put together all the products you need? Then the checkout process can begin.

3. specify delivery details

In the next step, enter the desired delivery address. Select delivery addresses already used in the past or add a new address. The products are intended for the home office? Simply enter the employee's destination address and Lendis will deliver desks, laptops and other items directly to your employees.

4. add logistics information

In order to assess the logistical effort, we need a little information about the conditions on site (Are there parking facilities at the specified address?, Is there an elevator available?, ...) With this information you help us to plan the delivery optimally and to exclude problems on site.

5. confirm rental requests

If all the necessary information is available, you will receive a complete summary of your rental request, including the selected products, including the number and selected rental period, delivery address and logistics details. At this point, you also have the opportunity to send us further information that we should take into account during delivery.

If all the details are correct, send your request to the Lendis team by clicking on "Send order".

What happens afterwards?

Once we have received your rental request, our employees will prepare your individual quote and send it to you by email. As soon as you have confirmed the offer, our colleagues will prepare everything necessary for delivery.

In the request overview of your account, you can view the current status of your rental request at any time from the moment you send it to the moment it is delivered.
