By default, the laptops are shipped in a neutral configuration. If desired, we can configure the laptops according to your IT requirements and send them to your employees ready to use.

Together with our partner Rent Your Admin, we’ll analyze your requirements in a workshop and ensure that your new devices are integrated directly into your system—so they arrive at your location ready to use.
All devices are covered by Lendis when you rent them. If a laptop is damaged, we'll take care of the repair or replacement; you'll only pay a small copay.
In the event of theft, we will also make sure to provide you with a replacement device as soon as possible. To initiate the replacement process, we need you to file an official police report.
Minor signs of wear and tear are completely normal and are already factored into our rental model. Small scratches or normal wear and tear are not a problem.
However, if a device is significantly damaged, just let us know—we'll work together to find a solution, whether that's a repair or a replacement device.
Data security is our top priority. That is why we rely on Blancco software, which ensures certified and irreversible data erasure in accordance with the highest security standards.
