LendisOS gives you complete control over the procurement and management of your MacBooks and IT devices.
No lengthy procurement process, no paperwork hassle. Typically, your employees will be up and running with their new devices within 1–2 weeks.
When considering total costs, it is possible to achieve average savings of 10–15% compared to purchasing. In some cases, costs can be reduced by up to 39%, depending on product selection, contract term, and internal processes. The more IT work a company handles in-house today, the greater the potential for savings.
Lendis offers terms of 12, 24, 36, 48, and 60 months. A term of 24–36 months is generally the most economically optimal, as it offers the best balance between flexibility and cost-effectiveness.
Contracts are generally structured for the selected term. Equipment that is temporarily not needed—for example, when an employee leaves the company—can be stored and reissued to new employees as needed.
The contract renews automatically each month until it is actively canceled. Alternatively, you can return the devices and switch to newer models. Or you can take advantage of the rent-to-own option and purchase the devices.
Many services are already included in the rental price. In the event of damage, a deductible of €150 applies. Additional services, such as MDM setup or device management, can be added as options. The exact costs depend on the specific requirements and the number of devices.
Lendis equips the entire workplace. Customers primarily lease company cell phones and work laptops. In addition, they can rent all the equipment needed for a professional workplace, such as monitors and peripherals.
We primarily work with high-quality manufacturers such as Apple, Lenovo, Dell, and Samsung. Other brands are also available upon request.
New devices are delivered to the employee no later than 3 days after the order is received. In urgent cases, express delivery within 24 hours is available.
Defective equipment is picked up, repaired, and returned within 24 hours so that employees can get back to work as quickly as possible.
If desired, Lendis will handle the enrollment process in Apple Business Manager or Windows Autopilot. Alternatively, we can also take over full device management. In this case, you’ll no longer have to deal with any IT-related tasks, and the devices will arrive at your employees’ desks ready to use.

All devices are refurbished in compliance with the GDPR. For data erasure, we use Blancco software, which meets the highest security standards. Upon request, we can provide a data erasure certificate as proof.
