Should we receive your e-mail address in connection with the sale of goods or services, and you do not raise any objection to this, we reserve the right to send you regularly by e-mail, on the basis of Section 7 Para. 3 UWG (Act against Unfair Competition), offers regarding products from our range similar to those already purchased. You may object to such use of your e-mail-address at any time by sending a massage to the contact possibility described below or via a link in the mail containing the advertising provided for that purpose without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs according to the basic tariffs.

In order for us to be able to make certain Services and the processing of contracts possible, the collecting of personal data is unavoidable. We then ask and store your standard data (name, address and company name) and contact data (e.g. e-mail, telephone numbers). We also process contractual data (e.g. the object of a contract, running term, customer category) and payment data (e.g. bank details, payment history).

Insofar as you should supply us with personal data for the purpose of establishing contact, we shall store said data only as long as this should be necessary for the purpose of the respective communication and respective contact. As soon as the personal data are no longer required by us for these purposes, and insofar as we are not subject to any lengthier storage obligations, they will be deleted without delay.

We use the data collected to answer your inquiries, fulfil contracts, for service and customer support, marketing and market research, for complying with statutory requirements and, should you have subscribed to it, to send you, our newsletter. In order to be able to perform our Services on your behalf, it may be necessary to forward your personal data to companies which we use for the purpose of performing the service or processing the contract. These include, for example, transport companies, technicians, IT- and hosting services providers, payment services providers, the operators of enterprise resource planning systems or marketing/newsletter services providers.

User data that are collected in the context of order procedures and contractual conclusions shall be electronically stored and processed for the purposes of payments handling and delivery.

You may revoke your submitted declaration of consent granted to us and object to the creation of usage profiles at any time with effect for the future. You may also – insofar as we should use your personal data within the statutorily permitted framework for, for example, postal marketing measures – object to this form of usage also. In both cases an e-mail to the following address shall suffice: [email protected]

In the context of our cooperation with external services providers we may possibly receive personal data concerning you from said providers. These include, for example, credit bureaus, services providers, tradesmen or business partners.

In accordance with the criteria of Art. 13 GDPR we inform you as to the legal bases for our data processing. The legal basis for processing depends in each respective case upon the purpose for which the data are processed.

If you have granted us your consent for the processing of your personal data, we base the processing on your consent granted according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a) GDPR.

The processing of your personal data may, however, also be necessary on the grounds mentioned in the following, for example in order to fulfil a contract concluded with you, to implement any pre-contractual measures demanded by you and in order to make our Services available to you (e.g. the processing of orders and conclusions of rental contracts, feedback requests, online surveys regarding our business relationship, offers, invoices, payment reminders) as well as to fulfil our statutory obligations (Art. 6 Para. 1, Clause 1 lit. a to c GDPR). We also use your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Clause. 1 lit. f GDPR in order to pursue our own legitimate interests, insofar as your rights and freedoms do not override.

  • there should be a statutory obligation to forward your data according to Art. 6 Para. 1 Clause 1 lit. c GDPR, as well as if
  • this should, according to Art. 6 Para. 1 Clause 1 lit. b GDPR, be necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you, such as in the case of forwarding to external services providers that support us in our business operation.

Our employees and partners have been subjected by us to obligations of secrecy and to adherence to the laws on data protection.

Should we share your personal data in accordance with this data protection declaration, this might also entail the transmission of said personal data to countries outside the Europeans Economic Area (EEA). Whenever we transmit your personal data to countries outside the Europeans Economic Area, we always ensure that an adequate level of protection is guaranteed in those countries by way of – insofar as this is prescribed by law – ascertaining that at least one of the following appropriate guarantees is given:

  • Transmission of personal data to countries which, in the opinion of the European Commission offer an appropriate level of protection for personal data (so-called “Adequacy Resolution”);
  • The use of specific contracts, approved by the European Commission, that guarantee personal data the same level of protection that they enjoy in the EEA;
  • Transmission of personal data to an institution that possesses a valid “Privacy Shield” certification and thus offers a level of protection for personal data similar to that guaranteed by the EU; or
  • Transmission of personal data to an institution that has introduced binding, internal data protection regulations that correspond to the level of protection for personal data similar to that guaranteed by the EU.

The data we process will, in accordance with Articles 17 and 18 GDPR, be deleted or the processing thereof be restricted. Inasmuch as no explicit statement should be included in this data protection declaration, the data stored with us shall be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for their intended purpose and no statutory storage requirements should stand in the way of the deletion thereof. Insofar as the data are not deleted as they are required for other, legally permissible, purposes, the processing thereof will be restricted. In other words, the data will be blocked and used for no other purposes. This shall apply, for example, to data that must be kept for reasons under commercial or fiscal laws.

You possess various rights with regard to data affecting your person. You have the right to obtain, upon inquiry and free of charge, information concerning the personal data referring to yourself that are stored with us, a right to the correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of said data and a right to object to the processing of the data. Whether and to what extent these rights are given in the individual case and which conditions take effect, is derived from the GDPR and the Federal Data Protection Act. According to the GDPR, you additionally enjoy, as a general rule, a right to data portability. It is furthermore the case that, should you grant your consent to the processing of your personal data, said consent may be revoked at any time with future effect.

Should you have questions, comments or inquiries regarding the collecting, processing, usage or deletion of your personal data on by us, please address them to [email protected]

As an affected person, you have the right, in the event of a violation of data protection laws, to lodge a complaint with the responsible supervisory authority. The following link provides a list of the data protection officers and their contact data:

For security reasons and the protection of the transmission of confidential contents that you send us as the operator of the site, our website uses SSL or TLS encrypting. In this way, data that you transmit via this website cannot be read by third parties. Such an encrypted connection may be recognised by the “https://” address line of your browser and the lock symbol in the browser line.

In the context of hosting, all data to be processed in connection with the operation of this website are stored. This is necessary in order to make the operation of the website possible. We process the data accordingly on the basis of our legitimate interests as defined in Art. 6 Para. 1 f) GDPR. In order to provide our online presence we avail ourselves of the services of web-hosting providers to which we transmit the data mentioned in the above.

Data, including your contact data, transmitted via the contact form, are stored exclusively for the purpose of enabling your inquiry to be processed or so that they might be available for any follow-on questions. These data shall not be forwarded without your consent.

The processing of the data entered in the contact form is done exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You may revoke your granted consent at any time. For this purpose, a formless message by e-mail shall suffice. The legality of any data processing activities implemented up to the time of your revocation shall not be affected by that revocation.

Data transmitted via the contact form remain with us until such time as you require us to delete them, revoke your consent to the storage thereof or there is no longer any need for them to be stored. Mandatory statutory stipulations – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected by this.

Our website uses cookies. These are small text files that your web browser stores on your terminal device. Cookies help us to make our presence more user-friendly, effective and safe.

Some cookies are “Session Cookies.” Such cookies are deleted automatically once your browser session ends. Other cookies, however, remain stored on your terminal device until you delete them yourself. Such cookies help us to recognise you again when you make a return visit to our website.

With the aid of a modern web browser you can monitor, restrict or suppress the setting of cookies. Many web browsers may be configured in such a way that cookies are deleted automatically when a programme is closed. The deactivation of cookies may lead to a restriction of the functionality of our website.

The setting of cookies that are necessary for the implementation of electronic communication procedures or the provision of certain functions desired by you (e.g. shopping basket) is effected on the basis of Art. 6Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. As the operator of this website we have a legitimate interest in the storing of cookies for a technically smooth and impeccable provision of our Services. Inasmuch as other cookies are set for other purposes (e.g. analysing functions), these are dealt with separately in this data protection declaration.

Our website uses functions provided by the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider of said web analysis service is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Google Analytics uses “Cookies.” These are small text fillies that your web browser stores on your terminal device and which enable an analysis of the website usage to be made. Information about your usage of our website generated by means of cookies will be transmitted to a Google server and stored there. This server is usually located in the USA.

The setting of Google Analytics cookies is effected on the basis of Art. 6Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. As the operator of this website we have a legitimate interest in an analysis of the conduct of our users, in order to optimise our web presence and, if necessary, our advertising.

IP anonymization

We use Google Analytics together with the function IP Anonymisation. This guarantees that Google shortens your IP address in member states of the European or in other states that are parties to the treaty on the European Economic Area prior to transmission to the USA. In some exceptional cases, Google might transmit the full IP address to a server in the USA and shorten it there. Google will use this information by our order to evaluate your usage of our website, generate reports about website activities and perform our Services for us connected with the website and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by Google Analytics shall not be merged with other Google data.

You may prevent the collection of your data by Google Analytics by downloading and installing the Browser plug-in available und the following link: More information on how user data are handled at Google Analytics can be found in the Google data protection declaration.

Lendis GmbH, as a general rule, grants its customers the possibility of purchasing goods using uncertain methods of payment (e.g. invoice, financing). Companies that, as a general rule, permit their customers the use of uncertain methods of payment have a legitimate interest in protecting themselves as best as they possibly can against defaults on payments. In the course of offer processes we therefore, where necessary, review the creditworthiness of your company and/or of you as a private person. For this purpose we transmit the following data to so-called credit agencies that cooperate with us: company name, your name, address and, if necessary, your date of birth. We hereby send your personal data for a review of your creditworthiness to the following companies

In order to arrive at a decision regarding the establishment, implementation or termination of a contractual relationship, we also use, in addition to a check on your address, information pertaining to your past payment morale and probability values regarding your future conduct, which are calculated, inter alia, using address data. We acquire this information from the following providers:

The information concerning creditworthiness and our own analyses may contain probability values (score values) that are calculated on the basis of scientifically recognised mathematic/statistical methods and which are calculated, inter alia, using address data. The legal basis for this is Article 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is derived from our interest in reducing the contractual risk, protection against losses of receivables and against the danger of abusive availment of our Services by third parties. Your protection-worthy concerns will be taken into account in accordance with the statutory regulations.
We shall furthermore send information concerning late payments or the loss of any receivables, provided the other statutory prerequisites are given, to the credit agencies that cooperate with us such as Schufa Holding AG, Wiesbaden or Creditreform Boniversum GmbH. The legal basis for this is Article 6 Para 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is derived from our both our own interest and that of third parties in the reduction of contractual risks for future contracts.

Concurrently with Google Analytics, this website also uses the Leadfeeder service, which is operated by Liidio Oy, Mikonkatu 17, 0100 Helsinki, Finland. Leadfeeder accesses the list of IP addresses of visitors to the website provided by Google Analytics in its evaluation and links the list of IP addresses to information about those companies that may be found on the internet under those IP addresses. Due to the shortening of the IP addresses of visitors to the website already implemented by Google Analytics, this will not result in a direct link to a particular person being created. A link to a particular person is presumably possible upon inspection of the linked company information.

The setting of cookies by your web browser is preventable. Some functions of our website may be restricted as a result, however. You may also suppress the collection of data pertaining to your usage of the website including your IP address together with subsequent processing by Google. This is possible by downloading and installing the Browser Plug-in available under the following link:

Objection to data collection

You may prevent the collection of your data by Google Analytics by clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie will be set that prevents the collection of your data upon future visits to our website: deactivate Google Analytics.

Detailed information concerning the handling of user data at Google Analytics can be found in the Google data protection declaration.

In order to fully comply with the statutory regulations on data protection we have concluded a contract with Google on the processing of orders.

Demographic features at Google Analytics:

Our website uses the Google Analytics function “demographic features”. This enables the creation of reports that contain statements regarding the age, gender and interests of the visitors to the site. These data originate from interest-related advertising of Google and from visitors’ data of external providers. It is not possible to assign these data to a particular person. You may deactivate this function at any time. This is possible by way of the display settings in your Google account or by imposing a general ban on the collection of your data by Google Analytics, as described under the point “Objection to Data Collection”.

Our website uses Google Ads. The provider of this service is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States.

Ads is an online advertising programme. In the context of this online advertising programme we work with conversion tracking. Following a click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie for conversion tracking is set. Cookies are small text files that your web browser stores on your terminal device. Google Ads cookies become invalid after 30 days and do not serve the purpose of personally identifying the user. By way of the cookie, both we and Google are able to see that you clicked on an ad and were redirected to our website.

Each Google Ads customer is assigned a different cookie. The cookies are not traceable via the websites of Ads customers. Using conversion cookies, conversion statistics are created for Ads customers who use conversion tracking. Ads customers learn how many users have clicked on their advertisements and been redirected to sites with conversion tracking tags. Ads customers do not, however, receive any information that enables the personal identification of the users. Should you not wish to participate in tracking you may object to this usage. In this case the conversion cookie is to be deactivated in the user settings of the browser. This also prevents inclusion in the conversion tracking statistics.

The storage of “Conversion Cookies” is effected on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. We, as the operator of the website, have a legitimate interest in an analysis of user conduct in order to optimise our web presence and our advertising.

Particulars relating to Google Ads and Google conversion tracking may be found in the Google data protection regulations:

With the aid of a modern web browser you can monitor, restrict or suppress the setting of cookies. The deactivation of cookies may lead to a restriction of the functionality of our website.
