Challenge

With Baufi24, creditweb, Hüttig & Rompf, FinLink and Kredit24, the Bilthouse Group unites several real estate financing brands under one roof. As part of an internal restructuring, IT procurement was centralized. From then on, a central IT team was responsible for equipping all brands.

The previously decentralized hardware procurement was becoming increasingly inefficient and confusing. And the previous partner was no longer able to cope with the new scale:

  • Order volumes could not be processed reliably
  • Setup, configuration and training services were missing
  • Uniform processes and standards were not in place

They were therefore looking for a partner who would not only supply hardware, but also offer an uncomplicated, efficient end-to-end solution including service, setup, shipping and support. The most important requirements were simple handling, clear processes and reliable results.

The solution with Lendis

Based on positive experiences within the Group - particularly at creditweb - there was already contact with Lendis. The fact that Lendis had successfully managed similar projects in the past was ultimately decisive for the award of the contract.

The rental solution impresses with clear processes, personal support and a digital platform that standardizes and simplifies procurement and administration.

IT equipment with a system

  • Provision of notebooks, monitors, docking stations, headsets and much more.
  • Devices preconfigured and ready for use
  • Dispatch directly to employees - often to the home office

Ordering platform Lendis OS

  • Central platform for ordering new hardware
  • Clear status tracking and clear processes

Personal service & support

  • Fixed contact person
  • Fast response times and proactive collaboration

Economic advantage

Thanks to the rental model, Bilthouse saves a significant amount of time and therefore also costs: 👉 Around €48,000 savings compared to a traditional purchase - thanks to:

  • Elimination of research and selection effort during procurement
  • No capital commitment due to high one-off costs
  • Reduced IT effort for configuration & damage claims
  • CO₂ compensation through reconditioning of the devices

The whole success story:
From complex setup to lean equipment solution

Instead of procuring IT hardware for each brand individually, the Bilthouse Group opted for a centralized, uniform procurement structure. The previous partner was not equipped to meet these requirements.
Bilthouse's requirements for the new partner were clear:

  • Reliable availability even with growing demand
  • Standardized IT equipment for all employees
  • Lean, transparent processes
  • Complete solution including setup, delivery, support and training

Lendis met these requirements and was convincing in a direct comparison with other providers thanks to relevant references from previous projects and tried-and-tested processes.

Scaling after a successful start

After an initial phase of smaller orders, it quickly became clear that the collaboration was working smoothly. Deliveries are punctual, the devices are ready for immediate use and the process is clear and efficient. As a result, the order volume increased quickly and continuously.

Today, Lendis is an integral part of the Bilthouse Group's IT equipment process. Every month, new colleagues are equipped with devices - from laptops to headsets. The devices are preconfigured according to the IT specifications and sent directly to the desired address - often to the home office.

The result: maximum relief for internal IT and satisfied employees, ready for use from day 1.

The central location for procurement is LendisOS, the digital ordering platform. It is used intensively. For Denise Schwarz, responsible for purchasing at Hüttig & Rompf, the application has become an integral part of everyday working life:

"I find it really practical - I know what I need, can see directly where I can find it, click on the item and then it's in the shopping cart. It's quick, easy and uncomplicated."
Denise Schwarz, Sales Assistant @ Hüttig & Rompf

And if something does go wrong, help is never far away:

"I ordered the wrong notebook by mistake - Florian from Lendis pointed this out to me straight away. Order corrected, correct delivery - all within a very short time."

Conclusion: Consistent. Efficient. Future-proof.

In Lendis, the Bilthouse Group has found a partner that thinks along with it, grows with it and simplifies processes in the long term.

From order to delivery, the company's IT equipment now runs smoothly - centralized, scalable and with personal support.

Technology works best when you don't have to think about it. That's exactly what Lendis delivers - day after day, order after order.
